Survival mode:
Successfully complete Team mode as any team.

Successfully complete Puzzle mode.

Fight as Zero:
Defeat Zero in Survival mode. Then, highlight therandom option at the character selection screen and press Right.

Fight as Ignis:
Defeat Ignis in Survival mode. Then, highlight therandom option at the character selection screen and press Right(2).
