Cheat mode:
Complete single player missions under various difficultiesto unlock cheats in multi-player mode. Press Start to pausegame play in multi-player mode, then select the cheat option fromthe menu.
Successfully complete the game under any difficulty setting tounlock a maze mini-game on the VMU. Successfully complete themaze-mini game. The message "Cheat unlocked" will appearon the main game screen to confirm correct completion. Completethe mini-game under each of the five difficulty settings to unlockall cheats, which includes the ability to survive all falls, andmore.

Note: The following codes require a Dreamcast Keyboardand Dreamcast Mouse for easy entry. Press [F12] or ~during game play to display the console screen. Type in ;raster1 to enable cheat mode. Enter one of the following commandsto activate the corresponding effect. Note: You can lookup commandsby pressing a letter followed by [Tab] at the console screen.Note: Type followed by a letter to list all commandsthat begin with that letter. Note: Some codes are only effectivein single player mode.

To enter the console cheats without a keyboard, enter the playercontrols screen and select "Misc". Select the "Talk"option and chant it from "T" to one of the buttons onthe Dreamcast controller. Press that button during game play todisplay the onscreen keyboard and allow you to enter the codes.
Alternate Capture The Flag commentary:
Go to multi-player mode, select player one for yourcontroller, and make the rest of the players CPU-controlled. Select"Capture the Flag" as your game. Set up your player'sname so that the word "ass" appears along with any otherword. For example, dumb ass, big ass, etc. In Capture The Flag,the CPU leader when giving you commands will call you by anotherform of the word. For example, dumb heinie, dumb bum, dumb bottom,etc. This will not affect the outcome of the game.
Hint: Easy game on all single player difficultysettings:
Start a multi-player free for all game and use onlyone character. Leave the other characters off, but set all theirdifficulty settings to "Easy". At the map select screen,select "More" and change the gravity, speed, etc. tothe desired settings. Begin the game and quit. Then, start orload your single player game and play. The settings you used inmulti-player will work in the single player game, making it mucheasier to win.
Hint: General strategy:
Always strafe in a circle around whoever you are shooting.Never stop moving. Always try to get rocket launcher first, thenjump and zig-zag run to avoid getting shot. Always use the plasmagun when you have quad damage since it shoots fastest and canhold a lot of ammunition. Run backwards away from people and shootthem at same time.
Hint: Online strategy:
When playing in online mode, you can use anything toyour advantage, even your own character. For example regular bonesis hard to see and make it difficult for your opponents to targetyou. The splash affect that happens when rockets hit somethingcan also be used. Aim at your opponent's feet and not hit themdirectly and it will still deal damage. When someone is on a platform,you can even attack from beneath. Fire rockets up to where youthink they may be located. You might get lucky and hit them. Whenan opponent dies and respawns, they will probably rush for thenearest weapon. Fire some rockets at that weapon and they willusually run into them.

Use the internal Dreamcast CD player with the discto hear the music from the game.
Glitch: Invisible ledge:
Go to the Arena of Death in multi-player mode. Go tothe back of the level where you can get the rockets. Have highspeed on with low gravity (as low as possible). Jump up as highas possible. Make sure the jump is straight at the window of fire.You should be able stand on an invisible ledge. Do not move yourcharacter or you will fall off.
