HSV Adventure Racing

Cheat option:
Begin game play in one player championship mode onthe Coventry Cove track. Locate the shortcut near the barn withtwo haystacks. Intentionally drive into the haystack closest tothe track and hit the Daisy Box hidden inside. The word "Groovy"will confirm correct trick entry. Successfully complete the race.A "Cheats" selection will now appear on the optionsscreen.

Novice level bonus cars:
Successfully complete Novice tracks to unlock a racingstriped HSV, the #8 HSV, and the Lightning HSV.

Advanced level bonus cars:
Successfully complete Advanced tracks to unlock the#8 HSV with a spoiler, the Lightning HSV with a spoiler, and theFlower HSV.

Alien HSV:
Successfully complete the Professional Championship.

Police HSV:
Successfully complete all the standard Championshipsto unlock a bonus mode. Complete bonus mode to unlock the PoliceHSV. Hold C-Left while driving that car to turn on thesiren. This will cause the other racers to slow and stop.

Quick start:
Quickly press L when "Go" appearsat the start of the race. When done correctly, your car will beginthe race at over 40 mph.

Hint: Coventry Coves Daisy Boxes:

There are two hay stacks where the barn is located. The one nearestto the road contains a Daisy Box.

Shortly after that barn is another shortcut leading into a lotof stones. Some of them are on top of each other. The last oneon the left that has three stones on top of each other and hasa Daisy Box on the other side of it.

After the town (and after the jump) is a crane. Look behind yourcar while you are passing it. There is an opening in a big stonewall large enough for your car. Drive through the opening to finda Daisy Box.

Hint: Inferno Isle Daisy Boxes:

Hit the last hut before the finish line (along the small pathto the left). Run over the Daisy Box to unlock the Battle TimeLimits cheat.

Before the Jurassic Park is a shortcut to the right. Follow theshortcut and slow down while you are approaching the big hut sowhile you are in the air from the jump you can put on your handbrakes.If done correctly, you can stay on the wooden platform that thehut is on. Break open the hut and on the far right of the platformis a Daisy Box.

In the town, the first shortcut on the right has two small jumps.On the second jump, hold Analog-Stick Left because thereis an opening there. If you land on top of it, drop your car onthe roof of the building, where another Daisy Box is located.

Hint: Metro Madness Daisy Box:

In Metro Madness, take the shortcut to the left of the barricadeafter the first tunnel. Break through the glass doors in the centerof the first building on the left. After reaching the railroadtracks, turn around and go backwards on the tracks. Your car willeventually hit a Daisy Box.

Far through the race are few tunnels. After coming out of theone that curves hard three times, the road is straight. Aftera short distance, you can see two nitro blasts that close to eachother on a hill and one that is not. Approach the one on the hill,but do not hit it. Instead, turn left into a bridge between twoshortcuts. Inside, there is a Daisy Box.

Hint: Metro Madness: Shortcut:
Drive at full speed through the gap in the first barrieryou reach. Then, drive off the jump and aim to the left, so thatthe car lands on the grass. Drive down the grassy verge and backonto the road. This will put you about twenty seconds ahead ofthe other cars. However, this can only be performed on the firstlap.

Hint: Mount Mayhem Daisy Boxes:

Locate the ski fest in the town. There is a hole in the shortlittle wall where you can go through into a jump. Jump in at suchan angle to get on a pretty flat piece of land that is way leftof where the hole is. You probably will hit the wall, but if yougo backwards far enough you will find a Daisy Box.

After a big jump inside some type of a crystal cave, there isa large orange bridge that slopes down and goes back up. Afterthe bridge is a tunnel. Look behind you at the end of the tunnelto see a Daisy Box. Turn around and run over it.

In the cave near where you found the second Daisy Box, insteadgoing straight through, go to the ramp immediately before theentrance of the second crystal cave. There is a platform highabove the exit. Make the jump and keep going until you get toa fork in the cave. Go to your left and you will cross a bridge.After you cross the bridge, look behind you and you will finda Daisy Box.

Hint: Mount Mayhem: Shortcut:
When you get to the shortcut with the tunnel beforethe big loop, do not take it. Instead, go towards the big loopand just where the wall ends, slow down and go left until yougo into the small tunnel.

Hint: Sunset Sands Daisy Boxes:

At the beginning of the race, go right and drive through a spacein between two tall rocks. Continue up the hill of sand it turnsflat to find a Daisy Box.

When you turn on the game, it will display a shortcut for eachcourse. Note the Sunset Sands shortcut that is shown has a DaisyBox. In the shortcut, the first Daisy Box is in a tight spacewhich turns harshly and then has a jump onto a straight and flatsurface followed by another jump. Once you land use the handbrakeand turn right, facing the wall. Drive up to it and turn rightagain. Drive forward until you reach the Daisy Box.

There is a Daisy Box in the village (city). Brake all the boxesin that area to find it.

Hint: Sunset Sands: Shortcut:
After you jump the big wooden ramp, go up the pathand find a place where two sand dunes are next to each other,forming a path. Go into that path and you will jump two times.When you go up a ramp, leading into the temple, be sure to hitthe wooden gates. A loud "creak" will sound. Go pastthe water fountains and towards the wall with a big ">>>"sign. Turn right and slam into one of the nitro packs. Drive upthe ramp and jump off the temple roof. Stop, by using the brakesand hand brakes if needed. Go to the red octagon and you willsee a sign that reads "Good Things Happen To Those Who Wait".Honk the horn and the red shape will act like an elevator to bringyou down into a shortcut.

Hint: Car spins:
Select a car with bad steering and high speed/acceleration.Go to a track with jumps, such as Inferno Isle. Immediately beforethe jump, slam on the hand brake (not the regular brake) at thesame time you turn left or right. Note: A few attempts may beneeded.

Glitch: No horn:
Crash into any object, then hold C-Right immediatelyafter hitting it. When game play resumes, the horn sound willbe disabled, but will actually still be considered on by the game.

Glitch: Slow down in mid-air:
Go into to any race and go off a jump. Hit the brakesin mid-air and the speed of the car will slow down.
