Play as team mascot:
Enter one of the following initials and PIN numbersto unlock the corresponding team mascot.

Create-a-player characters:
Enter one of the following initials and PIN numbersto unlock the corresponding hidden player.

Midway staff:
Enter one of the following initials and PIN numbersto unlock the corresponding Midway staff member.

Miscellaneous players:
Enter one of the following initials and PIN numbersto unlock the corresponding player.

Cheat mode (match-up screen):
Press Turbo, Shoot, and Pass atthe "Tonight's Match-Up" screen to enable the correspondingcode:. The numbers in the following list indicate the number oftimes each button is pressed. After pressing the buttons, pressthe D-pad in the indicated direction to enable the code.Example, to enter 1-2-3 Left, press Turbo, Shoot(2),Pass(3), Left.

Bonus courts:
Hold one of the following buttons combinations immediatelyafter selecting players at the "Choose Team" screen.

Place any player on a team:
Enter the initials and PIN entry screen. Enter thefirst three letters of the team the player is normally on as initials,then enter his jersey number as a PIN. For example, to get ScottiePippen, enter HOU as initials and 33 as a PIN.

Alternate costumes:
Press Up or Down when creating a customplayer for alternate costumes.

Laker girl costume:
Go to the girls (heads) in create a player mode. PressDown as one of them to get a Laker girl outfit.

Alley-oop to self:
Get the ball and hold Turbo as you run downthe court. At about the top of the key, press Turbo + Shoot+ Pass. If done correctly, the ball should be thrown offthe backboard and be dunked on the rebound.

Get the ball back:
Enable the "No goaltending" code. Jump upand grab the ball immediately before it hits the rim. You willnot dribble. Just run when the shot clock expires to get the ballback.

Any player's head in creation mode:
Use the following steps to have any head in createa player mode. When you enter create a player and it asks fora name and PIN, enter the first initials of the team for the playeryou want, then enter his jersey number as the PIN. For example,if you want Allen Iverson's head, enter PHI as the namethen 3 as the pin. If you done correctly, the message "ReserveName Found, Enter New Name/PIN" will appear. Then, enterthe name and PIN of your choice. You will have the head of anyplayer in the game. This can be done with every player in thegame, including the Midway All Stars.
