Punisher truck:
Press C-Down at the vehicle selection screen.

4x4 Monster truck:
Press C-Up at the vehicle selection screen.

Thunderbolt truck:
Press C-Left at the vehicle selection screen.

The Crusher truck:
Press C-Right at the vehicle selection screen.

El Cajon track:
Hold Up and press the L + R atthe track selection screen. An air wrench sound will confirm correctcode entry. Highlight the El Paso track and press Z + Ato start.

Flagstaff track:
Hold Left and press the L at the trackselection screen. An air wrench sound will confirm correct codeentry. Highlight the Mojave track and press Z + Ato start.

Guadalupe track:
Hold Down and press R at the track selectionscreen. An air wrench sound will confirm correct code entry. Highlightthe Vegas track and press Z + A to start.

Quick start:
Press A at the starting line, just before theword "Set" fully disappears from the screen.
