Press Up + Square during game play.

Slow down:
Press Down + Square during game play.

Hidden options:
Successfully complete the game to unlock the "FreePlay" and "Pepsiman" options at the main menu.The "Free Play" option allows any level to be replayedwith unlimited lives. The "Pepsiman" option allows Pepsimanto turn red and white to match the original Pepsi logo. A "Stealthplayers" option will also be unlocked.

Wire Pepsiman:
Successfully complete the game with all 100 Pepsi canscollected. Run into the special obstacles to turn into a wireframePepsiman.
