Press Circle, X, Triangle, Squareat the main menu.

First in all events:
Press Triangle, Square, Circle,Square, X at the main menu.

Complete all events:
Quickly press Left (2), Right(2), Up,Down, Left, Right, Left at the mainmenu, then select Olympic mode.

Gold in Javelin event:
Press Circle, Square, X(2) atthe event selection screen.
