Worms Armageddon
Secret team:
Enter Simpsons as a team name on the createa team menu. You will then have no control over creating the restof your team. The team does not consist of the actual Simpsonscharacters, but are instead named after other people.
Home runs:
Find an enemy worm standing fairly close to the edgeof the level. Use the baseball bat to hit him into the water toget a "home run" complete with baseball bat crackingsound, baseball message (like "It's Outta Here", or"Bases Loaded"), and organ music.
Hint: Cool As Ice level:
The ice mission near the start is easier than it looks.Collect as many crates as possible without using any utilities,then use the jet pack to get up to the next section near the guard.Collect all the crates there and stand on the polar bear's head.Point the flame thrower at a spot just to the left of the guard,and fire. You should get through the barrier protecting him, andthe flames should send him into the water.
Walk forward until you get both the uzis, then jet pack over ontothe polar bear. Grab the battle axe and shoot the next closestcrate with the uzi, standing back to avoid damage, to blow a holegiving you access the area where the Guard worm is. Use your otherjetpack to go behind him then blast him into the water with yourother uzi.
Hint: Pumpkin level:
On your first turn, use the laser sight and shoot theoil barrel with the shotgun. Kill two snipers with your firstshot gun shot, then kill the last sniper with your last shotgunshot. On your next turn use the ninja rope to get to where thefirst crate is located. It contains a baseball bat. Whack theenemy in front to kill him. In the next turn, get past the minesby with ninja rope or some other method. Then proceed to the specialcrate and take it.
Hint: Super Sheep Racing:
If you have collected a crate at the very left of thelevel, and the next crate appears at the very right, deliberatelycrash or detonate your current sheep and set off a new one. Thiswill save time.
Hint: Desperation attack:
If you are almost dead and a lot of worms are nearby,use the Banana Bomb to blow them all up.
Hint: Higher jumps:
Press Circle(2) to do a backwards somersault,which gets more height than the normal jump.
Hint: Bridge ambush:
When a lot of worms from the opposite team(s) are allset on a bridge and you have a worm close to it, go to the edgewhere the bridge meets the land, Choose the kamikaze weapon, andaim your worm so he travels perfectly through the bridge. Youwill lose your worm but if done correctly all or most of the wormson the bridge will fall to their doom in the water.
