Unlockable characters(mission mode):
Unlock the listed character in mission mode by completing the corresponding task. You will receive an email at the terminal needed to unlock the character.
- Cecily Fairchild - Finish seabook arno's story missions.
- Dozle Zabi - Accept invitation to join zeon and clear the missions given.
- Four Murasame - Finish kamille bidan's story missions and read the new mail to unlock four's friendship mission; clear it.
- Glemy Toto - Agree to help glemy establish his own faction while joining axis, and clear the mission given.
- Gym Ghingnham - After joining dianna counter, have at least normal relations with gym and he will send a mail; read and clear the mission given.
- Gyunei Guss - Play as quess paraya, and read gyunei's mail to unlock his friendship mission; clear it.
- Hayato Kobayashi - Have good relations with hayato and clear his friendship mission.
- Kai Shiden - Have good relations with kai and then clear his friendship mission.
- Katejina Loos - Have good relations with katejina and read her mail to unlock her friendship missions; V2 gundam license is required to clear them.
- Lacus Clyne - Clear kira yamato & athrun zala's story missions, and readlacus' mail in kira's terminal; clear the mission given.
- Lunamaria Hawke - Clear shinn asuka's story mission and read lunamaria's mail;zaku II CA license is required to clear the mission.
- M'Quve - Read a request mail from kycillia while joining zeon and clear the mission given.
- Quess Paraya - Play as a non-Newtype, build up relation with Quess until you receive mail from her, then make the character a newtype.
- Ramba Ral - Read a request mail from dozle while joining zeon and clear the mission given; also need to befriend ramba ral first.
- Reccoa Londe - Play as yazan gable and shoot down reccoa in any mission.
- Rosamia Badam - Have best relations with kamille after joining AEUG, then read his mail and clear the mission given.
- Sarah Zabiarov - Have good relations with sarah and scirocco, bad relations with reccoa, then read sarah's mail and clear the mission given.
- Sleggar Law - Play as a female character, have good relations with sleggar, and then read his mail to unlock his friendship mission; clear it.
- Yazan Gable - Have good relations with yazan after joining titans, read his mail and clear the test mission given.

Unlock the listed character by completing their storyline in story mode.
- Amuro Ray - Finish amuro's storyline in story mode.
- Char Aznable - Finish char's storyline in story mode.
- Judau Ashta - Finish judau's storyline in story mode.

Alternate costumes:
Unlock the listed character's alternate costume by completing the corresponding task. Then, at the character selection screen, highlight the character and press Triangle.

Unlock the listed alternate ending by completing the corresponding task.
- Amuro: Encounters in Space - Do not let kai or hayato die.
- Amuro: Escape - Allow kai and hayato to die.
- Char: At the End of the Battle - Let kamille talk to scirocco before killing him.
- Char: Prelude to Counterattack - Defeat scirocco before kamille talks to him.
- Judau: A New Journey - Kill haman after their conversation ends.
- Judau: Meeting Again - Kill haman before their conversation ends.
- Kamille: Love is the Pulse of the Stars - Save radish from yazan, save emma from reccoa, and allow colony Laser to fire.
Unlock alternate title screen:
- Title Screen #1 - Complete amuro ray's story in char's counterattack.
- Title Screen #2 - Complete char's campaign for char's counterattack.
- Title Screen #3 - Complete official mode as char aznable (CCA Version)

Beat Judua Ashta in official mode to unlock Haman Karn, Roux Louka, Puru, and Puru Two.
Hidden missions in mission mode:
Unlock the listed hidden mission in mission mode by completing the corresponding task.
- Forced Evolution - Complete any five missions in mission mode.
- Yazan's Crew Test - Read yazan's terminal message while you are a member of titans.
MS licenses:
Unlock the listed MS license in Mission mode by completing the corresponding task.
- Char's Z'Gok - Have a good relationship with char, and complete his second license mission.
- Char's Zaku - Have a good relationship with char, and complete his first license mission.
- Destiny Gundam - Complete shinn's story mode missions, and have a good relationship with him. Then, complete his license mission.

- Gundam F91 - Complete seabook's story mode missions, and have a good relationship with him. Then, complete his license mission.
- Gundam MK-II AUEG and Titans - Have a good relationship with kamille, and complete both his license missions.
- Gundam Wing Zero - Have a good relationship with heero, and complete his license mission.
- Hyaku Shiki - Have a good relationship with char, and complete both his license missions.
- Infinite Justice Gundam - Complete his story mode mission, and have good relationship with him. Then, complete his license mission.
- Master Gundam - Get god gundam's license. Have a good relationship with touhou fuhai, and complete his license mission.
- Musha Gundam - Defeat 5,000 troops, and complete the corresponding free mission. Then, complete free missions 1 through 6.
- Musha Gundam MK-II - Complete 50 missions, then complete the corresponding free mission. Complete free mission 7, then complete his license mission.
- Nu Gundam - Unlock all UC licenses, and have a very good relationship with amuro. Then, complete his license mission.
- Quebeley (Haman) - Have a good relationship with haman, and complete her license mission.
- Quebeley (Puru/Puru Two) - Have a good relationship with puru and puru two, and complete their license mission.
- Sazabi- Have char's zaku, char's z'gok, and hyaku shiki's licenses. Have a very good relationship with char, and complete both his license missions.
- Strike Freedom Gundam - Complete kira's story mode missions, and have good relationship with him. Then, complete his license mission.
- The O - Have a good relationship with scirocco, and complete his license mission.
- Turn A Gundam - Have a good relationship with loran, and complete his license mission.
- V2 Gundam - Complete usso's story mode missions, and have good relationship with him. Then, complete his license mission.
- Z Gundam - Have a good relationship with kamille, and complete both of his license missions.
