Make Money
If you want to make lots of money easily, try the following multi-step technique. Keep in mind that this can be repeated over and over again for as much money as you want.

1.) Start up the game and load your career profile.
2.) Head to the in-game cheats menu, and insert the UNLOCKALLTHINGS cheat.
3.) With the bonus unlocked, go ahead and save your career.
4.) Reload your career and head to the garage. The code should have unlocked several new, expensive cars.
5.) Sell the bonus cars you received for a quick $90,000+.

Achievements
Complete the following achievements to get the allotted points.

8 Player Race (10): Competed in an online multiplayer race against 7 human opponents
Beat Showdown 1 (25): Awarded for beating Showdown 1 in Career.
Beat Showdown 2 (25): Awarded for beating Showdown 2 in Career.
Beat Showdown 3 (25): Awarded for beating Showdown 3 in Career.
Best Blueprint (50): Your Blueprint is used by a player in the Top 100 on any weekly Freestyle Race Day leaderboard.
Blueprint Apprentice (15): Awarded when your Blueprint has been shared 5 times.
Blueprint Master (25): Awarded when your Blueprint has been shared 25 times.
Career Domination (125): Dominated Career. Awarded for dominating all Career Race Days.
Clutch (15): Won 5 times in a Drag event using Clutch.
Co-op Victory (20): Achieved when all 8 players in a multiplayer Race Day score a total of 10,000 points.
