Wallpaper
A new wallpaper is unlocked by completing survival mode three times (you must complete stage 1-18, 1-36, or 1-56 each). You can unlock a second set of wallpaper by using Anna's [X] + [A] ecstasy attack very frequently in a stage.

Unlock Costumes
More clothing and color options for Dresses Up mode are unlocked when you clear each tier of a quest, except for Bullet Rain and Survivalist. To unlock the desired outfit, perform the actions below:

Additional Modes and the Viewer
Clear story mode once (beat mission 20) on any difficulty to unlock Survival Mode and the Viewer. The Viewer gives you vital clues about what attacks the characters and enemies can do through their motions.

Beat Story Mode on Normal for Hard. Beat Story Mode on Hard for Violent. Beat Story Mode on Violent for Berserk.

On berserk difficulty, all the red orbs dropped will heal your character (except Annna). Time your advance for the maximum effect.

Tag play can be a lifesaver on violent and berserk -- two players attacking at once is far better than dribbling away your attacks by swapping characters.

Stat Reset
After unlocking everything for each character, use these codes at the Main Menu to reset certain stats. Note: Though stats will drain to zero, points will be added to the “Point Get!” pool.

Quest Translation
Quests can be done on any difficulty and on any stage that has the criteria. If you repeat the quest criteria in some stages, it will not satisfy the quest (you must repeat the feat in another stage, but you can still do it on any difficulty).

First Row
1. Use [Y] + [B] attack many times on enemies in a stage
2. Clear out all rooms of enemies
3. Attain berserk mode many times in a stage
4. End a boss stage in berserk mode

Second Row
1. End a boss stage with 1 life ticker
2. Kill a boss with 100 percent bloody sword
3. Do 20 manual combo hits (same stage OK, does not need to hit enemies)
4. Kill 100 enemies in a row (counter tallies on lower right)

Third Row
1. Finish different stages without taking a hit (not even from berserk mode)
2. End all boss stages very quickly
3. Do a long COOL (frame) combo (all hits have white flash and whoosh sound)
4. Punch hit 10 mud zombies without being hit

Fourth Row
1. Achieve VIOLENT combo rank many times in a stage
2. Use [X] + [A] attacks many times in a stage (must have three flashing segments)
3. Enter Berserk mode from COOL (frame) combo hits
4. Evade (without attacking) 10 to 30 enemy attacks without being hit

Fifth Row
1. Use evade counter-attack to kill all bosses
2. Kill 100 enemies in mission 5
3. Use [X] + [A] attack for Annna many times in a stage
4. Clear survival mode to stage 18, 36, and 56 (do it three separate times)

Completing the last right two quests on row 5 will unlock the corresponding six new wallpapers (switch on the title screen using LB and RB). The other quests will unlock hair, arm, top, bottom, and leg parts for Dresses Up mode.

Clean Your Sword
Never underestimate cleaning your sword. Once the sword is too bloody, it does almost no damage to bosses and enemies.

Both Aya and Saki can clean their swords after every second hit of their auto-combo or after they do a simple roll.

Saki Madness
Saki can deliver instant-kills using her taijitsu to mud zombies, dog zombies, giant zombies, regenerating zombies, bosses (all bosses), etc. After tackling them using the RED button, press the BLUE button (precise timing) to execute the enemy.

Unlockable Wallpapers
Completing certain levels in survival will unlock some new main menu wallpapers.

Level 16: Unlocks Misery Wallpaper
Level 36: Unlocks Aides Wallpaper
Level 56: Unlocks Himiko Wallpaper
